Discover some little known gems from the Mediterranean and Middle East, and build an impressive vegetarian repertoire.
The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience. At the end of the session you will take home some of the food you’ve made in the class, along with a recipe booklet to remind you of what you have learnt. Lunch, refreshments and materials are included in the price.
