Mersea Island Cookery School
In the ‘Vegan Flavours’ you’ll learn how to transform ordinary ingredients into delicious & comforting dishes. With influences from the Mediterranean and the Middle East, you can create some great tasting food to share with friends and family.
The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.
We will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
