Join the talented Mike Keen in this exciting new Sushi & Ramen class. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn classic Japanese cooking techniques to make Sushi and Ramen at home. You will learn how to cook Sushi rice and then how to use it to create 4 kinds of Sushi. You will learn about typical Japanese seasonings such as soy sauce, mirin, and dashi and how to use them to create some authentic Japanese dishes like Ramen.
The class will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
