Join Ilia in the ‘Summer Desserts’ course and learn how to make some enticing & elegant desserts for this season. With our help and guidance you will make
Pimm’s and mixed berry jellies with orange Cream
Chocolate cloud cake with Chantilly cream, strawberries and praline
Pistachio meringue roulade with raspberries and raspberry coulis
You will learn how to use gelatine, make mousse (flourless cake) and meringues.
There will be plenty of hands-on experience during the session.
At the end of the class you will take home the desserts you have made during the workshop along with a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
