Mersea Island Cookery School


In this class aspiring young chefs, 13-17 year old will learn some of Spain’s favourite dishes. Using a range of authentic ingredients from the region, they will cook, Tortilla Espanola(spanish potatoe omelete),  Croquetas de Jamon(ham croquettes or cheese for vegetarians), Paella(vegetarian option available) and Churros with chocolate sauce.  The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made. Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price
