Mersea Island Cookery School


In this class aspiring young chefs, 13-17 year old will learn some of Spain’s favourite dishes. Using a range of authentic ingredients from the region, they will cook,

Tortilla Espanola(spanish potatoe omelete),

Champinones al Ajillo(sizzling garlic mushrooms),

Paella(vegetarian option available)

Churros with chocolate sauce.

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price
