If you’ve been trying recipe after recipe to find delicious salads to match your meals, or if you’re stuck with a just a few salads you make time and time again but crave something more adventurous, then this class is for you.
Making great salads isn’t about stumbling onto a recipe you like, it’s about understanding how to combine a range of seasonal ingredients and dressings to achieve the flavours and textures you’re looking for.
We will show you how to incorporate ingredients from around the world as building blocks to create your own salads, with reliable and impressive results. Depending on you or your guests’ dietary requirements, this can include root vegetables, grains and pulses. You will learn how ingredients, dressings and garnishes combine to compliment other food, or can stand as delicious meals on their own.
The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
