Ilia's Kitchen Cookery School


In the ‘Pastry for Christmas Entertaining’ course, you’ll learn how to make a sweet shortcrust pastry and choux pastry, two of the most popular pastries used for festive dishes.

During the five hour workshop, you’ll make make

Gougeres filled with a mushroom and béchamel filling,

pear and blue cheese puffs

a beef fillet en Croute and

a passion fruit tart with coconut meringues.

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
