Ilia's Kitchen Cookery School


In the ‘Introduction to Pastry’ class, you’ll learn how to make three most commonly used types of pastry. During the five hour workshop, you’ll make

  • shortcrust pastry,
  • Pâté sucrée (a sweet shortcrust pastry) and
  • flaky pastry.

Having mastered these, we’ll put them to good use creating three delicious dishes;

  • a Leek and Gruyere tart,
  • a Salmon en Croute and
  • a Lemon Tart.

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
