Mersea Island Cookery School


In the ‘Introduction to Bread Making’ course, you’ll learn how to make, shape and bake three different types of dough.

With these skills you’ll make

a white loaf,

a Focaccia bread

six Chelsea buns.

At the end of the class you will take home the breads you have made during the workshop along with a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.

All the ingredients, material, and equipment needed to complete this class are included in the price.

Also included in the price are light lunch and refreshments.
