Ilia's Kitchen Cookery School
In the ‘Greek Summer Flavours’ course you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic Greek dishes. You’ll make;
- Tzatziki (yoghurt and garlic dip),
- Greek pitas
- Spanakopita (spinach pie),
- Greek salad (tomato, cucumber and feta cheese salad),
- Moussaka (vegetarian version available on request) and
- Galaktoboureko (a set custard pie with filo pastry).
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are all included.
