Join Ilia in the ‘Greek Mezze’ course and learn how to make some truly authentic dishes. With her guidance you’ll make;
Tzatziki (Cucumber-Yogurt Dip),
Xtipiti (feta and chilli dip),
Melitzanes and kolokythia tyganita (Greek tempura summer vegetables),
Ntakos Salad (barley rasks with tomatoes and mizithra cheese),
Garides saganaki (King Prawns cooked with Tomatoes, ouzo, Garlic and Feta),
Spetsofai (sausage and pepper stew),
Karydopita (Walnut and chocolate cake)
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes you’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
