Ilia's Kitchen Cookery School


Join Ilia in the ‘Greek Mezze’ course and learn how to make some truly authentic dishes. With her guidance you’ll make;

  • Tzatziki (Cucumber-Yogurt Dip),
  • Pitta bread,
  • Greek Salad (tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese),
  • Garides saganaki (King Prawns cooked with Tomatoes, ouzo, Garlic and Feta),
  • Spetsofai (sausage and pepper stew),
  • Kolokithokeftedes(Courgette Fritters)
  • Karydopita (Walnut and chocolate cake)

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes you’ve made.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
