Ilia's Kitchen Cookery School
Join Ilia in the ‘Greek Mezze’ course and learn how to make some truly authentic dishes. With her guidance you’ll make;
- Tzatziki (Cucumber-Yogurt Dip),
- Pitta bread,
- Greek Salad (tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese),
- Garides saganaki (King Prawns cooked with Tomatoes, ouzo, Garlic and Feta),
- Spetsofai (sausage and pepper stew),
- Kolokithokeftedes(Courgette Fritters)
- Karydopita (Walnut and chocolate cake)
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes you’ve made.
