In the ‘Christmas cakes and puddings’ course, you’ll make and take home (allowing them to mature) for you to enjoy on Christmas day, a Christmas pudding, a Christmas cake and traditional mincemeat.
We’ll also make and enjoy after our lunch a mincemeat and pear tart with amaretto cream that you can cook for your guest some time during Christmas.
You will take home a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
Included in the price are all ingredients, equipment, a light lunch and refreshments.
