Mersea Island Cookery School


In our Chocolate patisserie class, you’ll learn how to  temper chocolate and you will create a variety of chocolate decorations. You will make a salted caramel chocolate tart and an orange & chocolate mousse Delice. By the end of the day you will have gained confidence in a wide range of chocolate techniques including baking, patisserie and chocolate tempering.
The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience. At the end of the session you will take home what you’ve made in the class, along with a recipe booklet to remind you of what you have learnt. A light lunch, refreshments and materials are included in the price.
