Join the talented Mike Keen in this exciting new BBQ class. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to prepare a selection of meat, fish and vegetables and cook them to perfection on the grill. You will learn about BBQ styles and types, lighting techniques, cooking temperatures(direct & indirect heat), marinates, dry rubs and sauces.
The class will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
